GraviSnap stores game progress on your device. Subject to regional requirements and your advertising choices, the app may display ads through Google AdMob. The app also uses Firebase to provide analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and installation registration.
Data we collect
An active internet connection is required to use GraviSnap. On first launch, GraviSnap creates a pseudonymous installation identifier and sends it with a technical user-agent containing the app version, build number, device model, operating system version, locale, and platform directly to Firebase Cloud Firestore. The record includes a server-generated first-seen time and is retained until a valid deletion request is completed.
Game sessions, level results, ad events, device information, installation identifier, and crash information may be processed to improve service quality, game balance, and ad performance. The installation identifier and technical user-agent are also included in the custom app-open Analytics event. The app does not directly request your name, email address, or account information.
If you voluntarily submit feedback through the in-app rating card, we store the rating, feedback message, app version, platform, and a pseudonymous installation identifier in Firebase Firestore so we can improve GraviSnap. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Depending on your region and advertising choices, Google AdMob may process coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, performance data, diagnostics, and crash data for advertising and analytics. Firebase may process device identifiers, product interactions, diagnostics, and crash data for analytics, app functionality, remote configuration, and service reliability.
Your choices
You can reopen the advertising consent form from Privacy Options inside the app. You can change iOS tracking permission in your device settings.
Third parties
Google AdMob and Firebase may process data under their own privacy policies. Use the support page for lawful retention or deletion requests.
